Hello everyone! My name is Eric Schroff. I live in Holladay, UT. I have 3 children ages 15, 20 and 23. I have an amazing girlfriend who's a shock trauma ICU nurse. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, riding 4-wheelers and SxS's, fly fishing and spending time at my property in Woodland, UT. I've been in the construction industry since 1994 and spent 22 years working with my father in the roofing and siding trades. I started my own business in 2016. I've completed approximately 10,000 roofs within the Salt Lake valley and worked in California, Wyoming, Idaho and Nevada. I am a licensed and insured general contractor specializing in Roofing, Siding, land development and custom homes. I have built 13 custom homes within the past 6 years and developed 2 separate parcels of land, 1 six home subdivision in Midvale and 1 three home subdivision in Riverton. I also do remodeling, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, etc. I have architects, engineers and designers ready to help transform ideas into realities.
